Employee matching gifts

Employee matching gift programs are corporate giving programs in which a company matches donations that employees make to eligible nonprofit organizations. The matching gift may be part of your employee benefits and available to full, part-time, and retired employees. Employee matching gift programs help employers direct their own charitable giving to organizations their employees care about. It’s a simple way to double your contribution to St. John School.

How do I request a matching gift? 

Check with your employer’s human resources department to find out if your company offers a matching gift program. If they do, you can request a matching gift by filling out and submitting a form provided by your employer. Every company determines its own process and gift matching policies. Generally, the donation process must be initiated by you, the employee, and your HR representative will help you complete the process. If you don’t see your employer, please ask your HR department for information on a matching donation.
