Financial assistance for students is available through TADS, the BASIC Fund, and private tuition assistance grants and donations.

TADS is a tuition aid service that works with families and schools to create successful educational opportunities. TADS’ mission is to simplify the financial aid application process in order to make offering students a superior education easier for families. We strongly recommend that all families who may benefit from assistance complete an application with TADS (www.mytads.com), even if they are not income qualified. St. John School will use the information from TADS (which allows families to submit a letter outlining extenuating financial circumstances) to help determine the distribution of financial assistant funds.

The Basic Fund is a privately funded organization that provides partial-tuition scholarships to low-income families throughout the Bay Area, with the goal of helping families afford the cost of tuition at the private school of their choice.

St. John Tuition Assistance
It is common for St. John School to receive private tuition assistant grants throughout the school year. Our tuition assistance board will use the information from TADS to help determine the distribution of those funds. TADS allows families to submit a letter outlining extenuating financial circumstances, which the school will consider in our determination of assistance.

Questions about your financial aid options? You are always welcome to contact the school office with financial aid questions.
