As with volleyball and soccer, our co-ed Cross Country team practices two times per week. As you might imagine, participating in cross country either as a coach or a runner is a great way to stay in shape. Several of our students participate in Cross Country in order to build endurance in preparation for the basketball season.

Our 2019 Fall Cross Country team has a total of 12 runners and 4 Coaches. We will have a total of four Meets throughout the season. Our runners have already participated in two of the four. Go Eagles!
